How can I keep from having certain natural "reactions" while sleeping in the same bed with a really cute guy?

A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi all! I've started seeing this really amazing guy. We've been out for a few weeks now and he's invited me to spend the night at his place, in his bed. We have both agreed that nothing is going to happe, that we are just going to cuddle and kiss. My question is.. what should I do about certain 'natural reactions' which I will most probably get when sleeping with an amazingly cute guy? And what should I do if he notices these 'reactions'?

Many thanks all x

Sageoldguy1465 agony auntSVC: It's a good thing that you were with current hubby ... 'cuz, if'n you were here, with me, bra and panties notwithstanding... I don't think I/we could have resisted "testing the waters" if you and I were between the same sheets, that night!!!!!

You're the best....

P.S. T-shirt, schmee-shirt!!!!

So_Very_Confused agony auntI slept in bed with my husband on our first date (an overnight due to distance) in bra and panties and he slept in a tee shirt... NOTHING happened as he was not ready. Yes natural reactions happen.. you just ignore them.

Adults know how to say NO

Sageoldguy1465 agony auntIf you were my Sister, I'd point out that those "natural reactions" come about when two people who are hormone-driven are together, after dark, in the same bed..... AND, the only hope to avoid those "natural reactions" and the "likely activity" that it most-assuredly will trigger, is to "not sleep in the same bed."

Hope this helps..... Good luck, and nitey-nite...

orangeswild123 agony auntIt happens! He'll think it's cute I'm sure! There is no real way to stop it from happening. Just laugh it off or point it out instead of it being quiet and him noticing. Like "wow it's hot in here! Must be you!" stuff like that so it makes it less weird and you guys can get a laugh. As time goes on you won't have that big of a reaction anymore. Kind of like when you make out for the first time in your life. At least for me I was freaking out, I was red because I was nervous. After a few times I was normal about it. Takes time :)
