writes:how can i brush up and improve my social skills?when studyin a-levels i didnt go out as much anymore and i lost quite a lot of friends.lately i have made friends. however because i am now somewhat insecure, if they do not call then i dont call either cuz i believe if they have an interest then they should follow up, not just me.how do i improve my situation? should i listen to other music that i dont like jus to hav an interest. should i read teenage books etc? should i watch more tv?thanks.

This isn't something you research and take notes on like your A Levels.
This is something you go out and watch and play at, like a sport.
Get out there and watch how people interact, but make the first move and see if anyone wants to have a walk in the park.
