Ivf would help i also hear if you get on birthcontrol are on it 4 awhile then stop that can cause u to drop 2 eggs the again not a guarentee. Studies also show that women in their thirties have a ten percent higher chance of having twins. I would consult ur obgyn for their opinion and advice to take action on concieving twins.

 As far as I know it, IVF would be the only way to improve the odds. It comes down to genetics.
