We had counseling, but now my little sis is going off the rails; sleeping around and not looking after her self. I am so worried about her, I don't know how to help her anymore. I am very sorry to hear what happened to you and your sister, it must have just been horrendous what you both had to go through. Unfortunately after something like this happens a person can go off the rails as they do not respect themselves any more and feel like they are damaged goods. You off all people know how she feels and what she has been through so sit her down and talk to her, explain how worried you are about her and suggest that the both of you go to therapy together to get help.
