I realized that the whole time i attempted at sexual release I could not fully focus my thoughts on this. ..hate to tell you, but it took me years to master it. The key to female orgasm is alot different to male orgasm. It does require alot of mental concentration, and you must relax. I found that rigorous stimulation on the clitoris is quite effective. I will be honest with you... there have been many a time when i have masturbated for an hr just to reach orgasm. It's worth it! Sometimes it's just low libido. I like to fantasise that's how it works for me. Oh... and also found positioning oneself is another factor, try this one.... kneel on the floor with cushioning under your knees while poising yourself upright. I usually support my body weight with a couch or bed, leaning one hand against it. I really hope this information may help you.

DoubleM - Both men and women are to blame for a lot of the problems, not just men. I'm amazed at how many women go through life and then start to have sex and can't have an orgasm and then they wonder why? EVERYTHING takes practice to be good at.

 Unfortunately, many women on the planet never or rarely experience orgasm as a result of intercourse, or even other sexual activities, but I believe that this is primarily a result of ignorance, laziness or ineptitude on the part of the man. In other words, many men, especially those with limited experience, have little knowledge about how to please a woman.
