writes: Previously i've asked on advice on a money matter, my sister and her family just recently moved in with us and her husband doesn't respect my parents the kids refuse to do chores and my parents are old and on pension my son and i have always stayed with them never moved well i'm still their baby, my sister has borrowed money from me since 2006 and it's accumalated to 4000 and i am unemployed now and in need of the money to support my family and pay my bills. i've asked for it month after month and been ignored so this morning i've handed a letter of demand from small claims court , she their inside shouting and carrying on forgetting that she had me blacklisted the last time she took a cell contract on my name which i ended up paying?pls advice on what to do next because she's making horrible threats inside ?

she owes you the money bottom line but if she doesnt have it she cant pay it. you can sue her all day.
hopefully you have all your docuements in order so the court rules in your favor.
stop letting her borrow money
If she wont teach her kids respect you do it shes in your house.
Shes your sister but shes doing wrong and you dont do her any good to continue to support her behavior.
so dont any more,
let her scream let her holler but she damn sure needs to pay up.
if she owed any corporation this kind of money they would be ten times harder on her then you if you borrow and dont pay back its stealing, you should charge her interest to teach her a lesson.
Whatever you do dont take out your frustration on the children there only children and they will be what there showed. but they need to learn respect.
