 Are you riding cowgirl style? Woman-on-top? If not, that is undoubtedly the best way to grind. Lubrication or wetness may help, but natural is usually best. Just require that he heats you up with plenty of foreplay in advance, preferably including cunnilingus or a G-spot rub. You should be plenty lubricated after that if he knows what he's doing.
