Do you mean spots?
Use a deep cleanser but remember to moisturise afterwards or your skin will make lots more oils to protect itself.
You can take evening primrose oil, star oil and vitamin E which helps the skin.
Have a healthy diet and cut out the chocolate and other bad stuff. Eat plenty of fruit and veg. Do exercise you you have a chance to sweat out all the impurities in your skin. Drink lots of water.
If they get worse around that time of the month then you may be able to go on the pill to control your hormones.
Good Luck!! xx

Make sure that you use oil free products. Look on the labels of your products. If they don't say oil-free then it means they have ingredients that can clog pores and cause breakouts. For a moisture, Cetaphil makes good and inexpensive products and more dermatologists will recommend them too.
For treatment, the best thing you could use would be a Retin-A cream (available only through doctor's prescription).
What you eat can also effect your skin. Eat foods that are high in Vitamin C such as: oranges, grapefruit, different berries AND drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated.
Another good tip, is to exercise regularly, since sweating releases the different toxins in your body and water helps purify your system.
Supplements are also an option if you feel like you want to do a little more. Go to your local health food store and look at what they have for skin. You will find a lot of varieties all of them combine minerals and vitamins to help balance the hormones in your body that cause breakouts.
Break outs are common. You are young and it is normal to have them. Expect to keep having them. Just take good care of your body and you will begin to see the physical effects.
If you think that your problem is more serious than mild, see a dermatologist.
