Every year, I talk myself out of liking him and when I see him again i want to be with him. How do I get over this guy?! I really try to; by hanging out wig other guys by engaging myself in activities, but nothing seems to help. Thanks for your advice!

Try your best to avoid this guy, if he has a girlfriend than as you know yourself it will only backfire on you if you try to make a move so just try and avoid him, as the saying goes out of sight out of mind, because everytime you see him the feels will come back, so avoid him and continue to socialise and enjoy yourself, am afraid thats all the advice i can give you, sorry if it doesnt help.
