How can I get my roommate out of my mind so much?

A male United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

I recently had a girl move into my house, she is 17 years old and still in high school. I share the house with my step brother and another roommate as well. About a week ago me and a friend got pretty drunk and came home late Friday night. My roommate was still up and my friend went to sleep and I then tried kissing her. She refused the first time and then after awhile we ended up in my room doing everything but sex. So the next day we talked about this and we ended up both being cool with this. We agreed that we could continue to screw around no matter if either one of us has a boyfriend or girlfriend. She does not want to be boyfriend and girlfriend and seems to like women more than guys now. I have gained some feelings for this girl more so than she has for me. I just can't get over her and feel that I should before people start to find out. We hang out a lot and the only person that knows about this is my other female roommate who also has gotten it on with her. What should I do to get her out of my mind so much.

kellyxxx agony aunttell her how you feel! this way you can resolve any issues before moving on. she's not going to get out of your mind if you live with her so instead you need to get used to the idea of the situation that you are in. its going to be really hard, maybe you could avoid her,or stay with a friend or relative for a while just until you're settled. keep me updated. x
