writes: my big brother (15) is the clever one, the responsible one, the one who always gets the best marks.i am good at school, but i do get the odd bad mark.but i am still good. i am not as...down to earth , lets say, as my brother. if i ever come home with an 8 (we have the 1-10 mark. 1 worst, 10 best) then she goes mad! says i hav to be like my brother and everything. and lately i have been trying REALLY hard but im still not as good as my brother.why cant my mum just accpet that i'm not as good as my brother and that i great the way i am.there's only ONE of me, and if people are only going to try and change me, then....i dont know...any advice??? I know what it feels like to be the unfavoured sibling; I was the first and unwanted child and my brother came about six years later, welcomed with open arms.Whereas I could do nothing right, he could do no wrong.BUT, I made a successful career for myself; he turned out to be an under-educated machine minder.You carry on thinking highly of yourself, because 80% is good in anyone's money!
