At some point at the beginning of this year things were moving greatly, but for several reasons things just cooled off. We parted to vacations just as friends, and we hardly spoke during this time. But now that we are back at school my feelings for her are now resurfacing. Question: how do I get a girl who I liked a lot before and who probably liked me back to like me for certain this time?

There is absolutely nothing you can do to "definitely" make someone like you. She either will or she won't.
I say be open, friendly and a good listener but most of all be yourself.
Show interest in her and in what she's doing, then when the time feels right ask her how she feels about you two giving it another go.
If she says no, take it graciously, and try to move.
I wish you well x

She got a little busy over the summer, so things really cooled down. As girls go, when they really like you, they'll text and keep in touch no matter where they are. She may not be as much into you as you're into her.
Try and get in touch. Talk with her and see if you can light up another spark. If not, don't let it break your heart. Sometimes crushes are one-sided.
That's the way it goes sometimes. You don't have to give up yet. Just see if you can get her attention, and get her talking to you. If she seems a little distant, that means she may not be interested.
There are lots of other girls, and the school year is just beginning. Don't worry too much if she blows the chance.
There's someone out there just as pretty and might be more into you.
