It was 12 days after she'd sent that I replied - had been quite a while since I'd even bothered looking.Anyway we exchanged a couple of emails, and when she didn't reply to one I thought that is that and forgot about it. This was early January.Just a few days ago though, something inspired me to email her again, and she replied very soon. We exchanged a few emails, and I told her I was glad to have got in touch again. She replied that she was glad that I had also.Anyway, we seem to be getting on really well at the moment, and she indicated wanting to meet. I'd like to very much, just not yet. She's the same I guess. My only thing is, I am overweight, and am worried that I shall scare her off as soon as we meet. I AM doing a lot to lose weight at the moment, but been under stress lately (my mum has cancer) so I have slipped a little. Anyway, when I first put up my profile, I indicated I was overweight.I am making an effort to eat healthily and exercise more, but I don't want to put meeting her off for TOO long, otherwise she may lose interest, or see me as uninterested. What advice do you all have?

There is no way we can give you advice on how to gain confidence before meeting this gal. You just have to be yourself and if your weight gain is an issue..then it wasn't meant to be. Like SatinDesire said, there's plenty of fish in the sea!
Good luck.
