 Ok well you are on the right path just keep talking to him and getting to know him more, relationships start from friendships so build up a friendship first and dont come on to strong, keep talking for a while and maybe ask him would he like to hang out, go to the movies or dinner together. Then after a while once you know him and feel comfortable around him ask him how he feels towards you
