if she does not want to have sex with you. then she won't and does not have to.
you can't persuade or brain wash her into having sex with you. for one it would probably ruin your friendship. also she may not be the type of girl who wants to have no-strings attacthed sexual fun. you may have to stick with being her friend and find some other girl who will want a quick shag.

If she wants sex then she will come to you. You have made your position clear that you want fun and you find her attractive.
She may want a boyfriend and if that is so then you will have to leave her alone to find one so she does not end up falling for you and getting hurt.
Good Luck!! xx
