Question - (1 December 2008) 1 Answers - (Newest, 1 December 2008)
A female United States age 41-50, anonymous writes:

Ive been seeing this guy for 8 months. we were friends before that for 9 months. lately i've been getting so attached that i've been getting mad at him. one, because i want to be with him all the time. I told him a few times i didnt want him to go to work, kinda whining like a little girl. I understand he has to work and do things. So do i. He loves me and treats me great. How do i detach my self like i was when i first met him? Before i needed time to myself, now i cant stand being alone.

48years agony auntHoney, there's nothing attractive about clingy. Force yourself to keep busy and not get anxious. Women often need to hear things that make them feel secure-we are wired that way. The right man will understand.
