We both get emotional and fight a lot but in the end we always want to stay together...but my boyfriend doesn't feel respected and he says I take him for granted. The problem is that I will get frustrated over something and get angry that he is getting anger and I will have a bad attitude and say things I shouldn't say. I've been working on this but I always end up making the same mistake and hurting him. He will brake up with me if I don't make a change. So far I have been able to stop in the middle of saying something rude, but I can't stop it from coming out at all or stop my anger from starting in the first place...I just don't understand where my anger comes from and don't know how to deal with it.Thanks for any advice before hand,I desperately need it and appreciate it.
