 It happens because you have used up the sperm which you had stored the first time you had sex. So when you come to have sex for a second time you won't have any sperm stored up, or you may have a little bit. There aren't any ways to speed it up, but it my be worth researching on google to see if anyone else knows how to speed it up. X
