Hi there. You would know if you had an orgasm almost certainly.
It's a tingling beginning starting at about your tailbone through the core of your being but centres around the genital area and lower abdomen mainly.
At first the genitals will be dry, then as stimulation continues moisture will rise out of the vagina, use that moisture to stimulation the clitoris so it doesn't get sore.
Stimulation of the clitoris which is at the front of your pubic bone (about where the male penis is located), will bring about tingly feelings, which if continued over a few minutes will develop into a very intense tingling of that area all over the nerves of the genitals. This intensity is known as an orgasm.
Orgasms can vary from mild to intense and everything in between. Different on every occasion. Nothing is normal or abnormal, just different.
Just enjoy the experience and don't rush or get anxious. Masturbation is a very good way to discover what pleases you and what doesn't. It will also help you later, when you get into a relationship with guys, as you will know what you like and don't like.
Hope this helps you. Best wishes.
