Say exactly what you told us here, it sounded really good. You don't want to sound controlling, and you accept that he has friends and some of them are women, but just this one girl bothers you, and it's making you nervous and insecure. Tell him why she bothers you and why you don't like him and her contacting each other.Don't tell him off, don't get angry, do it like you did here.. you got a problem and your asking your boyfriend to advise you and give you some help. Ask him what solution you can work out together so you won't get upset. Maybe you need to change, maybe he needs to change, maybe you both can change and meet in the middle.
