 Ha ha Eddie you are a hoot! To the poster, usually there are recreational facilities on base: gyms, pools, tennis courts not to mention clubs etc... hang out there after work you'll meet guys.

 Dress up like the enemy and walk around waving a white flag. When they approach, speak in a foreign language. Make sure you're wearing nothing under your flak jacket. That should so it.
Actually, just go to the spots where they go. What's the attraction, the fact they are military guys or just guys. They're no different.
