How can I attract a flighty woman at work?

A male Ireland age 51-59, anonymous writes:

Hi. Okay so I fancy a woman at work. Problem is though that she is rather friendly to just about all the guys. She is a little bit 'flighty' (not to be confused with flirty!). Does anyone out there know how to attract a flighty woman? Are they superficial or are they deep thinking individuals under the surface? I'm a dark moody Capricorn and so a flighty Leo-Virgo would possibly be just the kind of woman I need. I know she likes me - but how can I tell whether she would like something more? I think we would make a great team together. Many thanks for your help!

Sweet-thing agony auntYou won't know until you get to know her, so just invite her out for coffee or drinks if you want and see how it goes. Usually when I think of flighty women, I think of women who are a bit of a ding-bat and most fairly educated men will lose interest in a woman like that, but you might be the exception. Just be prepared for her to make and break dates, seem spaced out at times,or talk about things that don't make sense. On the other hand, she may be young and inexperienced in life, and her flightiness will pass with time, if you are patient. good luck
