 She could smile because its her job to be polite with customers / clients. She may also be in a relationship already make sure she hasnt got an engagement ring on her finger and then ask her if she would like to go for a drink one night. You will instantly guage her reaction and know if she likes you or not.
If she says no then dont let it get you down, just say to her ok nevermind, it was worth a shot and carry on as normal dont be phased by it.
If she changes her mind she will let you know about it.
