 I hate to do nothing more than statistics, but here it goes: 50-60% of women never experience an orgasm through penetration alone.
Also, you are not truly relaxed. You giving yourself anxiety about thinking about trying to achieve and that is being brought into bed. The anticipation can be enough to through you off.
One tip to try: get into positions where either you or your partner can stimulate the clitoris at the same time you are having penetration.
