reader, anonymous, writes (20 May 2007): Please don't try to gain more weight to be more curvy. You are young and not fully developed physically as a woman. Some curvy women would kill to have a shape more like your own.
The best bodies are those that are muscular and physically toned. That way what ever your normal body type, the better and more physically fit you will look and more importantly feel. Start a weight training and aerobic excercise plan, and watch your curves stand out more defined, and a flat stomach to boot!

reader, anonymous, writes (20 May 2007): it's impossible to pick where you are going to put on weight..that is completely determined by God and genetics. It's out of your control. Lifting weights and doing cardiovascular exercise will help you develop a more shapely body. don't worry about getting bulky by lifting weights (you don't have the testerone necessary to bulk up). I've been lifting weights for several years (I can even lift more than some guys out there) and I have a very attractive, feminine figure.
