Almost 15 years on and i live with my parents, don't have a job and have no partner. I have two brothers and one sister all with gorgeous children and I don't even have a boyfriend so recently I've developed a crush on my brother in law. He is a handsome, muscled and earns quite a lot of money. I feel really bad about these feelings especially as I know all my family including him think of me as a pain since I can't go out without my mother and usually father with me.

The point is that while you are closed into your family as environment it is obvious that you will have crush on one of your male in-laws. So you should not worry about this - needless. Since there is no chance to realize this crush on, I say that, you just use this crush as dream, and make your life more comfortable by it. At least you have your crush around you - and many ppl being in deep love cannot say this, they are separated from the loved person. And I do not think that your family would feel any bad about your limited abilities. They love you.
