A female United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Well, basically I don't understand men at all, whatsoever at the minute, so I have come here in desperate need for some advice.

I met a boy not long ago, he took my number, but never passed on his. Today, he text me saying...

"I miss you shorty" as I was on vacation this weekend.

I replied "Gorgeous, guess what? I miss you too. Gah, that made me smile, although it's freezing at the bus stop!!"

and he replied "Pft, I thought it was warm today ;). I would've text you over the weekend but my ex was over :( not good. xx"

I replied "Your ex? Awkward..."

He replied "Yeah it was amazing. Best weekend of my life! Pftttttt... I did get a roast dinner off my mom though :D how was the sea? xxx"

I replied, "So she slept over then? And Wells was good thanks"

He replied "Yeah, she did. She still has a key, and we have loads of stuff to sort out, I've still got some of her stuff ect. plus she wants to be with me still. I just wanted to be talking to you :( but anyway how was your weekend? xx"

I replied "Sounds like someone had fun this weekend" sarcastically hinting, did you have sex with her?

And he replied "What are you trying to get at there shorty? ;) x"

I said "Hope you didn't break the bed. LOL."

He replied "Haha, is that a hint of jealousy there ginger spice? My bed is already broken anyway, hahah. x"

I replied "Broken? Ouch. And aren't I aloud to be a little jealous? ;)"

He replied "Ha, only a little bit broken, I need to go to ikea and replace the broken part. You can be jealous when you have something to be jealous of. xxxx"

I replied "So you were like complete saints and never shared the same bed? Because I'm bound to be jealous of you sharing a bed! ;) xx"

He said "Yeah, we shared a bed, doesn't mean we have to share bodily fluids though :) x"

I don't know what to think, I REALLY like this guy, he says he feels the same way and yet lets his ex sleep in his bed? I don't understand.
