A female reader, aunt honesty Ireland +, writes (3 July 2011):

aunt honesty agony auntThis is a tricky one. It could just be an ex who is still in love with him and is jealous now so she is trying to rip the both of you apart. If you have no cause for concern and you trust him well then just ignore her message, this will annoy her more. If he was still with her well then am sure she wouldn't know about you, therefore it probably is just something she is making up.

However if you have the slightest doubt at all well then write back to her and ask her how it is possible and ask her to give you dates and times. Then you might be able to see if she is lying or not.
