 He's jealous of the two of you, that is pretty clear. First off tell the mate there that if he touches you you will scream. That you have no interest WHAT so ever in him. To leave you alone.
He might be "testing" you, to see if you are easy.
If he keeps it up maybe suggest to your BF that you and him do stuff without the mate.
Don't let anyone disrespect you and don't expect your BF to really understand how uncomfortable it is. Stand up for yourself.
