There was more blood then i expected as well, we did use a condom but it was slightly too small for him and it came off we hadn't realised... i discovered it was still inside me and got it out... there wasnt any sperm though... but i am very worried could anything happen because it came off inside me? The other thing i wanted to ask, I know it will be different for everyone but i wondered about the pain... will it hurt next time?

It wasn't too small it was put on wrong! Condoms are very very rarely too small but they often fall off or split on novice users, the pair of you should practice putting them on properly in future.
You could be pregnant, there is a thing called pre-cum which arguably, contains sperm so even if he didn't cum there could be plenty of baby making sperm in there, go and see a doctor NOW!
And yes it may hurt again next time.
