He's too old for me, and he's leaving for college...but I can't get him off my mind! How can I move on??

Okay so I like this boy a lot and i'm 15 and hes 19, and according to some people he'll be leaving town for college soon, and me and this boy haven't spoke in for about three weeks and i miss him so much. I wanna see him, and be with him but..i don't know.. I cannot get him off my mind. he's all i think about lately. I have no way to contact him and i cant find him on facebook. I need help. I wanna know how to get over him, because for one hes too old, and hes going off to college, so can i get some help if i should get over him or try and be just his friend.
