Last year, he transfered to a local college and we started talking and hanging out, sometimes alone, sometimes with his or my friends. The problem is that I don't know if he likes me or not. He's the "big brother" type, where he's so nice and everything, and he really looks out for me, but I don't know if that's because he likes me or because he's just that way. He does stare at me and he touches my arm sometimes, and we get along great. He usually is the one to start conversations on AIM and he asks me to the movies and to hang out most of the time. He did have a girlfriend for around three years who he recently broke up with, and I understand that he needs his time and space to be single, but I want to be there when he's ready to date again, if he's interested. How can I find out if he's interested without being obvious?
