i had that situatuation not that long ago. if you like him then that's all that matters. if everyone is saying that he likes you then it could be true. my boyfriend isn't the best looking person in the school, he's the main target for having footballs kicked at him and we were best friends as well before everything changed. everyone was saying he liked me and it turned out to be true in the end. give him time so that he can get his head round his own feelings but you don't have to tell him how you feel. you can ask him how he feels about your relationship between you and him. in case he doesn't feel the same i would leave him to guess that you like him so your relationship is not ruined by something that was never going to be.

 its hard when their youre friend. if it was me ide ask him if he wanted to take our friendship to another level but if he didnt want to then it would be fine. when asking him reassure him that no matter what happens things will be fine, its just that you have some more feelings for him and that you wanted to know how he feels about it.. if you want a relationship then you have to be mature about it ide ask him..sorry it probly not what youre looking for but thats what i would do xxx A
