What I did then was threw myself into work took any extra hours I could and tried to spend as much time as possible with friends and family and then when I went to bed at night and all I could do was think about him I would write him really long letters and talk about what we would do when he got back, also making up parcels of things he likes and he cant get hold of makes you feel like you are helping him makes you feel a wee bit closer to him. This time has been tough because hes away over Christmas but I have just tried to busy myself Ive been going to the gym getting facials and having my nails done, may as well look good when he comes back and he will and so will your boyfriend keep your chin up he'll be back soon!!

I have also been in a similiar situation with my bf as he is was in the army, to kill time i joined a gym, spent more time with my family, gave myself really long task's to complete like re decorating the house or something like that. I know it seems like for ever but remeber its not, he will be back in your arms b4 you know it.
