If he's putting you two in sexual positions then what would stop him from doing it with you imposed on pictures of naked girls? nothing. Don't be so naive.

Ask him what are his intentions for these pictures, are? You may get an answer you may not want to hear. There isn't much you can do about this, except to ask him to get rid of these photos. If you think he actually may like you by exploiting and manipulating your image, think again. He doesn't respect you does he. I would tell an adult (possibly a parent or some one else) you trust what he has done and let them talk to his parents about this issue. Take a stand and don't allow people to treat you this way, dear."
