writes:i met this guy a few months ago,he looked really attractive fortunately he seemed to have a crush on me. we got to flirt about, exchanged numbers and we r in touch. i thought i would fall out with him if he ever asked me out which he did but the problem is that he talks too much! on the phone, out on dates he is the only one who does the talkin! i am a quite type but even when i have something to say, he wont let me and this bores me. please tell me what to do before i lose the interest completely!

You haven't said how long you two have being talking. Some guys talk a lot when they are nervous. The nicest thing to do is say: Are you nervous because you wont let me get one sentence in ever? Maybe then he might laugh admit he is and realize that he wants to get to know you more. Give it a small chance and if he doesn't ever stop talking then end things.

There is no polite way to tell someone to shut up.
You either have to be brave and tell him he talks to much, or let him go and hope he will one day learn that girls don't like being talked at none stop.
Just ask him a question about you that he probably should know but doesn't because he never asks you about you. When he realises he doesn't know anything about you, he might learn to shut up a bit.
