 Dating and no sex, i will say no. Depending on the age of consent laws in your particular area might say differently for sex. It appears the age of consent for Guam is 16..but I'm not widely versed in law in the US nor Guam. But well as far as dating with no sex, there should be no problems. but then again a lot of people might assume there is sex going on.
Only person who can really answer your question will be a lawyer in your local area..

 yeah he definitely Culd get in trouble. i was in that same position this time last year. i was talkin to this guy who was 31 and i was only 17. we were Gunna wait til i turned 18 to go any further but ended up sleeping together two months before my 18th bday. now that im 18, and legally considered an adult, its ok for us to talk even though he still feels a need to hide it. i think he was jus ashamed.. and although he was so much older, he was mentally immature and we always had problems. just because they're older girl, doesnt mean they're the best men to be dating. but if it works for ya'll, just try to keep it on the low til you turn 18. or just find somebody closer to your age, so you wont even have to worry about him getting in trouble.
