reader, anonymous, writes (25 May 2010): Hello,You gave little information. Its hard to say why. Do you and her mother get along? Do you treat your wife well? Are you both of the same religion?There can be many factors although if you're a good husband and there isn't any abuse I'm uncertain why her mother would meddle in your marriage. If you're both happily married speak to your wife and ask her why her mother is behaving this way. I'm uncertain how much influence her mother has over your wifes decision. Explain to your wife she's an adult and capable of deciding what she wants and needs. Good luck;D
