Her mom thinks im too old and she wont let her date me again bc she thinks that was part of the reason why we broke up. We are madly in love but we cant date until she is 18. What do i do? Should i wait for her or move on?

So long as it's dating and nothing more, then no one can actually do anything.
But you are wise to respect her parents wishes.
Best you can hope for is to talk to the parents and see if a compromise can't be reached.
Or else you will have to sneak around, exciting it is, but still unfair to both of you.
