It's a cliche saying, but you do KNOW when you've had an orgasm. Look around some sites that explain about orgasms and what you generally feel when you're having one, and you'll see the sensations you're supposed to feel.
The peeing sensation is a natural occurance, and it is a sign that you are heading in the right direction, but it is not the climax of the whole thing. I could explain myself what you generally feel, but I won't right now.
The chances are that you are not pleasuring yourself quite right, or not doing it long enough to truly reach your climax.
You need to experiment more, and take some more time to figure out what really pleasures you. And when you do find that out, keep going at it, or try something else. You probably just need to spend more time doing it.
