Im an outgoing person and love to have fun.... but sometimes I worry Im just too wild. People love me, I love life but I get sick of being thought of as the wild one, the party animal. People tell me I'll never settle down cos Im a wild one and I really want to shake this image. I guess when I go out I perhaps drink a bit too much - how can I chill out and imit my drinks when i go out...Im usually having such a good night that I dont take any notice of how many drinks Ive had. Many nights Im slurring by the end of the night and this cant be attractive. How can I turn my life around. Im a popular person, love my friends and family but I want that someone special to share my life with, and I have to go out to meet him..... Any advice please?xx Reply to this Question Share |

Avoid shots, line your stomach with food before you go out, and alternate your drinks. So have alcohol and then a coke, alcohol and then a coke. Make sure you have a non-alcoholic drink every time you feel a bit too woozy and that will help your kidneys wash it all through your system.Don't drink at home so limit it to when you are out having fun. Quit smoking as you'll have to any way if you met someone and decided to settle down. Finally, try and meet new guys and not just in the pub / club where they are going to judge you at that moment. I know lots of guys who would love a girl who can party like mad when she wants to, but also have a nice wifey style when it comes down to it. You're the perfect woman!Don't worry too much about it, I know I have every intention of partying in my 30's.Good Luck!! xx

if you usually have a double, get it in a taller glass with more room for a mixer , or just get a single .
i found that by going out later and not drinking before goin out helps too .
or also you could only have 1 drink every 30mins,, rather than every 15?
avoid shots ...........
or even try not drinking at all ....
hope i dont seem like im lecturing you ,
there just the ways i calmed myself down and my drinking !
good luck finding him ! xx
