 This is no big crisis. If you are happy with your GF then stick with the relationship, if you are unhappy leave her and date the new girl. Just don't get into the tangled mess of an affair and cheating on your GF. Make a decision based on how you feel about your GF and stick with that decision. To pose the question in the first place it suggests you are not entirely happy in your current relationship. But it maybe worth working out your issues since you have been with her for a long time - the grass is always greener on the other side, but once you get there it might not be that green!
