I know it's not a relationship question but i know there's always some great answers here...

I was just wondering if anyone knows any websites that can give good healthy recipes. I'm an extremely fussy eater and i mostly just eat junk. I'm not exactly fat, and i do quite a lot of exercise but i'd feel a lot better about myself knowing that i'm eating healthier too.

Thanks for any advice :) xx

i see what you mean, im also a very fussy eater. I mostly eat pasta, nothing else. Try asking your family and friends for food idea's, im sure they will help you. My room mate has been buying fruit and vedge, ive been enjoying food and making it. You need to find out the foods you enjoy, try anything new. If you don't like it, move on to something else. Only you yourself know your taste buds.

This might be some help... http://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes

i hope ive helped you some how. And remeber only you know your taste buds. I can't stand sprouts but my room mate love them! so we both figure out something that suits us both.
