Does she know about you and her husband? I'm guessing not. Unless their marriage is over and they both know it, I don't see this ending well at all. It would be bad enough if she finds out her husband is having an affair, worse for her if she finds out the "other" woman is someone she called a friend.

 It depends what you mean by befrending, if you mean you like the person she is as a friend then theres nothing wrong with that. If your thinking of wreaking her marriage then you should think again.
Just suppose she does cheat on her husband / partner then she will cheat on you too.
