For your chapped lips, check the ingredients of your lip balm. Anything like vaseline (so petroleum jelly in other brands) is actually rubbish. Although people recommend it, it actually dries out your lips in the long run. Here in the uk Nivea is a really good brand, so look out for that one as I expect you would have it too.

It's so normal, don't even worry about it!As for chapstick I guess if I were you I'd look for a better brand... but in the winter time many people have problems with dry lips and dry skin, if you live in a cool place and you have heating on in your house, the heat will suck the moisture from your body. So just keep applying chapstick, especially at bedtime so you can sleep with it on your lips... go with a high end brand though, it might work better.

 You get horny because you're attracted to hot men. haha. That's why people buy porn, because it's hot and makes them horny.
Chapped lips make sure you're drinking a lot of water. If you aren't getting enough water, no amount of chapstick will help you. I personally like Burt's Bees though for a brand.
