I work with five other colleagues and plenty of assistants in the classroom. I have just discovered that one of these colleagues, a guy has been going to the principal and making reports about me. No one has told me anything. It has affected my reputation and my health and all I want to do is quit. I am hurt and confused as I did a good job and related well... I thought. Should I quit? I have done other jobs in marketing and the corporate world and was not treated like this. I am going for counselling because I am so upset.
