 well can he afford to go to Kenya? It really depends on whatever reason he gave you and you didn't disclose that with us so its hard to tell. But if he said he loves you, he probably loves you, unless he just throws that word around normally to everyone.
Something to help you out with your horniness would be a vibrator, they work and you can have phone sex or something with your LDR boyfriend and that way you won't have to cheat.
