Help! My fling was talking to my boyfriend!!!

I mistakenly diverted incoming calls with my fling boyfriend's cell number because I didnt want him to call me while I was with my boyfriend. This fling is also a colleague and I have to explain to him tomorrow at work why he was talking with a man who claims to be my boyfriend help.
