I have a crush on my boss and it is clear he has one on me. I can tell by his body language and the way he looks at me. he is very relaxed around me. He stares at me and gives me second looks whether me sees me in a crowd with the rest of the staff. I feel my body language must be saying something to him.

i am due to resign. he has encouraged me as I have been not happy and staff have been trying to sabbatage my reputation. He wants me to leave with a good reputation and has signed to agree a good reference.

i cant help wondering whether he is just lusting or whether he is generally interested. Its awkward working with him. I cant help wondering whether staff have picked up on the 'special' treatment he is giving me. He cancelled a disciplinary if I resigned.

Sometimes I feel as though he is just trying to save himself. However I keep wondering how to take this forward. I do not want to ask out right.

Any suggestions welcomed.

Wait until you leavae your workplace before making a move on him, it could make things difficult if things dont go well and you still have to work there.

Once you have left you could ask him for his number, swap details etc.

Then hopefully he'll admit his feeling or ask you out on a date. If he doesn't maybe you could ask him on a date as just friends and see how things go :)

good luck :)
