But the thing is we just talk when we are at work, NEVER outside (during evenings or week ends). I like him very much. And i like the way i like him, I find him interesting and funny and we have many things in common.I guess that the fact he contacts me means that he likes me, but i cannot be sure. Some people like the chase, some flirt just because they are bored ... and this scares me to death as we work for the same company. He tells me very cute things and he shows interest in seeing me ("i am sorry i have to wait more to see you", "feel well and come to me silly", "i could def use some quality time right now" ....) which is a good sign but .. I am too scared to fool myself. Perhaps he sees me as just a friend and i am just looking too much into this.So my first question is how can i be sure if he likes me ???He went on holiday one week ago and i called him to wish him a good time and he told me "this is cute, you should do it more often"Now i am going to get surgery for a minor thing and i am missing him but i do not know if should contact him as this is kind of breaking the implicit rule of don't talk outside the office (i am on sick leave). Should i wait him to contact me ?I am going to see him in two weeks so maybe it is no rush and i should just wait until then ..Thanks for your thoughts !! I do not think i have an specific question, i do not know what to think about all this and how to proceed. I do not want to misunderstand everything and i feel stressed about if he loses interest during these weeks we are not talking ...Thanks again !!

I know that people who are really interested have time to be with you. Reality is he came here and he asked me out every day. We went out and we had a blast. And he kept saying we have to do it again. He was supposed to come again last week but there was a problem finally he couldn't make it.
Anyway i understand what you are saying and this is the reason i am doubting too.
He told me he likes me but i have been there in the past and i got terribly hurt. This is perhaps the reason i am playing cool and i never push him for anything.
I guess wait and see how it goes is the right thing to do. Sometimes i am just too afraid to make a fool of myself and get hurt.
